Cheespace (“we”, “us”, “our”) is a build partner helping businesses ship cloud, custom software, AI, DevOps, and brand. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use cheespace.com, book a Build Call, or contact us.

We may collect information you provide directly, such as your name, email, company or project name, budget range, timelines, and any message details you submit through our contact form or email. If you book a call via Calendly, Calendly processes scheduling data under its own policies. We may also collect basic technical data such as browser type, device, and pages visited for site performance and security.
How we use your information
We use your information to respond to enquiries, schedule and run Build Calls, deliver services you request, improve our website and offers, and communicate about projects or updates you have asked for. We do not sell your personal information.
Sharing
We share information only with trusted processors who help us operate, for example email delivery (EmailJS), scheduling (Calendly), hosting, and analytics, and only as needed to provide those services. We may also disclose information if required by law.
Data retention
We keep enquiry and project-related information for as long as needed to respond, deliver work, meet legal obligations, or resolve disputes. You can ask us to delete your data where applicable.
